My new thoughts are simple.
Keep a mask with you, but only were it where necessary, because, you don’t want to be putting STRESS on your breathing efforts, because that mask is definitely collecting saliva, making stinks in the mouth area, carrying bacteria, and you don’t want to be having bacteria from that saliva be building up and then you forget it’s growing and you put that mask back on and start to breath the germs. THIS DOESN’T HELP.
Also, stay sanitizing and keep hands and such clean.
As far as staying at home and not going outside. – Well, I think going outside is great and all, you need to get some fresh air and get out of the box (aka: house). But, get some groceries, buy some food, and carry on. I think you should live life the way you want to live and follow the guidelines and customize those guidelines to an acceptable tolerance level that is satisfactory to all public, peace and happiness.
